We assume protective thinking, feelings and actions
from our family, our culture and society.

Some of the programs are:

Protective actions  --  The pleaser, perfectionist, critic
Protective thinking --   Not worthy, not good enough
Protective feelings --   Fear, anger, guilt

These programs initially served a purpose to get our needs met based on our childhood conditions.

As adults, we continue to act out the programs in our daily lives.  However, the identification with these programs keep us dis-connected from our true selves.
