ULTIMATE TRUTH
At the centre of our being is the clear light of consciousness, the ultimate truth of our being.  It is a place beyond words, beyond our imagination.  The opening to this ultimate truth is not in the future or in the past, but to be in total harmony with the truth of our own direct experience in the now.

ULTIMATE CHOICE
The clear light of consciousness is the essence of who we are.  We disconnect from this consciousness through our conditioning and thoughts about the way life should be.   In effect, we set up a struggle with what is.  When we are ready we can make the ultimate choice; to continue in our old patterns and conditioning or to follow the ultimate truth through present being awareness.

ULTIMATE FREEDOM
In present being awareness, untouched by what we think, what we desire and what we fear, a sense of freedom with all things arises within us.   By freeing ourselves of all our influences, we experience this moment as it actually is.
