Having assumed all the identities of who we think
we are during our lifetime, including the spiritual
seeker, we come to the realization that we are more
than all of our thoughts, feelings and personal
identities.

The opening to our true nature can happen instantaneously or over a lifetime, there is no time frame.  It is the ultimate death of the ego and the
relaxation or non-movement to being our true self.

The realization is that we are the essence of creation.
